NovaFleet Logistics needs a reliable way to capture, assign and follow up on incoming sales leads. The desired business outcome is clear ownership and dependable pipeline visibility.

3. Scope
In: lead capture, territory routing, follow-up tasks, duplicate checks and core sales reporting. Out: marketing campaign redesign, ERP integration and production data migration beyond a separately approved plan.

5. Business rules and assumptions
- Lagos and Abuja leads route to their named queues. Other or missing regions route to triage.
- Standard follow-up target: four business hours. Urgent target: one business hour. These are example rules requiring stakeholder approval.
- Business hours, holidays and notification recipients must be agreed before configuration.
6. Success measures
Proposed measures are unassigned-lead count, follow-up compliance, lead aging, duplicate rate and source-to-opportunity conversion. No results are claimed for this simulation.
